Alexander is Here!

Last night at 11:15 after a fairytale labor (15 minutes...) Alexander Grant Sawyer ran into our world. He is 6 pounds 14 ounces of awesome. More later, too tired.

So Here I Am...

So here I am... In my backyard, smoking spare ribs, playing guitar, drinking some local IPA's that Steph boght me (god I would love to see the face of the person checking out an 8 month pregnant woman buying beer!!!!). And this... This is what my life has become which is funny. I am really excited about this new life. Nope, I don't frquent bars much anymore and I don't really plan to. What I plan to do? I plan to do exactly this.... I am going to be a really fun dad who grillls friday, saturday and sunday. I plan to take my son surfing and fishing. He will learn how to respect this awesome world we call the Texas Coastal Plains. Can't wait.
